Every badge threshold here is read from the same local profile that powers the homepage's "Your progress" panel and the streak calendar — games played, questions answered, your longest daily streak, your best answer streak in a single round, and how many different games you have tried. Nothing new is tracked to build this page, and nothing leaves your device.
Because it is entirely local, badges are specific to this browser on this device. Clearing your browser data or switching devices starts the count over — there is no account to sign into that would carry them across.
